    Supply Management International LLC (SMI) was organized in 2003 to provide Global Low Cost   Country Sourcing assistance and best practices to mid and large size corporations who are seeking to either initiate, or enhance, their international supply management capabilities.  What differentiates SMI from other service providers is that SMI will provide hands on support through the entire process with staff in the USA for strategy development and implementation, as well as local support in India, China, and Southeast Asia for supplier searches and assessments, and Quality Engineers for supplier audits.  All SMI associates are subject matter experts in their fields and have had hands-on tactical experience in performing these services for Fortune 500 companies.
